At Gumbies, we want you to love your new gear as much as the adventures you take them on. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
